My ancestors came from Germany and first came to Milwaukee, WI and then to Iowa.

I took my kids camping out at Tannehill State Park which is between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. It was a iron furnace during the Civil War but on the way I noticed a road called John Pelham Drive. I remember Steve from High School (especially study hall) and from Comfirmation classes at church.
